# Data governance and controls

> What syncs into your Clearskies Context Graph and the controls you have over it: which sources connect, whose email and calendar sync, and what email content qualifies.

Your Context Graph contains only what you connect. You control it at three levels: sources, users, and email content.

## Sources

You choose which data sources are connected. Nothing syncs from a source you haven't connected. See the full list on [Context Graph](/docs/unifying-gtm-data/customer-context-graph).

## Users

You choose which team members to sync email and calendar data for on the [Google Workspace](/docs/unifying-gtm-data/google) and [Microsoft 365](/docs/unifying-gtm-data/microsoft) integration pages. Toggle the switch in the **Provisioned** column to sync a user's email and calendar data. Toggle it off to stop.

## Email content

A message syncs when it includes an external participant. Messages between multiple internal people currently also sync.

You can also exclude email by domain (an investor's domain, for example) or by subject keyword. Domain rules match From, To, Cc, and Bcc, including subdomains. Keywords match anywhere in the subject, regardless of case. New matching messages never sync, and adding a rule also removes matching messages that already synced.

## Workflow writes

Workflows can also write to your systems, and you stay in control there too.

* Require human review on any step that sends a Slack or Teams message, sends an email, or writes to Salesforce or HubSpot. The run waits until a named reviewer approves.
* Salesforce writes can be held as suggestions for a rep to approve.
* Writes land in your CRM as edits from the admin who connected it.
* Test runs never send or write.
