# Google Workspace

Connect Google Workspace to give your agents communication history and meeting context that doesn't live in your CRM or call recordings.

## How it works

The Google Workspace connection syncs email and calendar data for selected users into your Context Graph.

## What you’ll need

Google Workspace **admin** access (the install button will be grayed out for non-admin users)

## Setup steps (\~7 minutes)

### 1. Open Context Graph in Clearskies

Log in to Clearskies and navigate to **Context Graph** from the main navigation.

### 2. Start the Google Workspace connection

Select **Google** in the list of available data sources and click **Connect**. A modal will appear with a link to the **Google Apps Marketplace**.

### 3. Open the Marketplace listing

Click the **Google Apps Marketplace** link in the modal or use [this link](https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/clearskies/39625952907). This opens the Clearskies listing on Google’s Marketplace in a new tab.

### 4. Install Clearskies from the Marketplace

On the Marketplace listing, click **Admin Install**. You’ll see a confirmation that the app is being installed for your organization. Click **Continue**.

*Note: If the install button is grayed out, you are not signed in as a Google Workspace administrator. Contact your IT team for questions regarding administrator access.*

### 5. Grant permissions and select users

Review the requested permissions and proceed. Then choose which user data you want to include in your Context Graph:

* **Everyone at your organization -** ingests email and calendar data into your Context Graph for all users across your Workspace domain
* **Certain groups or organizational units -** limits email and calendar data in your Context Graph to specific groups

You cannot select individual users directly. To bring specific user data into the Context Graph, create a Google Workspace group containing those users first, then select that group during installation. Groups are managed through the Google Workspace Admin Console.

### 6. Return to Clearskies and enter your admin email

After completing the Marketplace installation, switch back to [app.clearskies.cc](http://app.clearskies.cc)

Enter your **Google Workspace admin email.** The email field defaults to the current user’s email. If the admin who completed the Marketplace installation uses a different email, overwrite the default. Click **Connect**.

*Note: If the connection fails, verify that the email matches the Google Workspace admin account that completed the Marketplace installation.*

### 7. Verify connection and review users

Once connected, the integration status changes to **Enabled**. This page will display the users provisioned through the Marketplace installation. Only users in the groups or organizational units selected in step 5 will appear.

Click **Refresh** to update the user list at any time.

## Managing user data for your Context Graph after setup

Context Graph access to user data is managed through the Google Workspace Admin Console:

* Go to [**admin.google.com**](http://admin.google.com)
* Navigate to the Clearskies app in your installed apps
* Toggle Context Graph access to users on or off per group or organizational unit
* Return to Clearskies and click **Refresh** to update the user list

## Already connected with Domain-Wide Delegation?

If your Context Graph is already connected to Google Workspace using the previous Domain-Wide Delegation method, your existing integration continues to work. No action is needed.

To switch to the Marketplace-based method for per-group access control, disconnect the current integration and follow the steps above.

## You’re all set

Select users’ Google Workspace data is now connected to your Context Graph.
