# Pylon

> Connect Pylon to your Clearskies Context Graph so your agents can use support tickets and conversation threads as customer context — surfaced in pre-call briefs, Ask AI, and account health.

## How it works

Pylon is a B2B customer support platform (a Slack-native inbox). Connecting it brings your support tickets and their conversation threads into the Context Graph, resolved against the same people, accounts, and deals as your CRM, calls, email, and Slack.

Once connected, Clearskies can:

* Use support tickets and message threads as customer context — in pre-call briefs, Ask AI, and account-health signals
* Show what a customer has been asking support about, alongside the rest of their timeline
* Associate tickets with the right account and contacts automatically (matched by domain and email)

On connect, Clearskies backfills your recent ticket history and then keeps Pylon current automatically.

***

## What you'll need

* **A Pylon API key**, generated by a Pylon admin in your Pylon workspace settings.

***

## Setup steps (\~5 minutes)

### 1. Open Context Graph in Clearskies

Log in to Clearskies and navigate to **Context Graph** from the main navigation.

### 2. Connect Pylon

Find **Pylon** and click **Connect**.

### 3. Paste your API key

Enter your Pylon API key and confirm. Clearskies validates the key and begins the initial backfill of your recent tickets.

### 4. Verify connection

Back in Clearskies, go to **Context Graph** and select **Pylon**. A **Disconnect** button in the upper right confirms the connection is active.

***

## You're all set

Your Pylon tickets are now part of your Context Graph. Agents you build will have access to them automatically — so a pre-call brief or an Ask AI answer reflects what a customer has raised with support.
