# Daily / Weekly Leadership Briefs

Your leadership team starts every day digging through CRM, Slack, email, and call recordings to figure out what happened yesterday — what closed, what slipped, what's on fire, what's on today's calendar. Most days they skip the deep pull and walk into the first meeting under-informed. Important signals get missed and decisions get made on partial context. Daily Leadership Briefs auto-generate a complete morning briefing for every leader — pulled from every source, delivered where your team works.

## Data Sources

| Category         | Required | Recommended |
| :--------------- | :------- | :---------- |
| CRM              | ✓        |             |
| Calls            | ✓        |             |
| Email + Calendar |          | ✓           |
| Messaging        |          | ✓           |

**Starter** (required only): a useful brief covering deals closed and lost, pipeline state, and themes from yesterday's customer calls.

**Full** (required + recommended): the same brief, plus important context such as today's calendar, recent email threads, and any Slack activity from your team or shared customer channels. Same workflow — significantly more depth.

See the [Customer Context Graph](https://clearskies.cc/docs/unifying-gtm-data/customer-context-graph) for how each source feeds the brief.

## Build in Claude or ChatGPT

For leaders running their morning briefing through Claude or ChatGPT. Output appears in your conversation.

### The Prompt

Open Claude or ChatGPT with the Clearskies MCP connected and paste this (or modify to your needs).

```text theme={null}
Using the Clearskies Context Graph, give me my daily leadership brief.
Cover:
- Yesterday: what closed, what was lost, what happened in customer calls
- Today: what's on my calendar and what to prep for
- This week's pipeline: open, at risk, high confidence
- Customer health: escalations, sentiment changes, accounts to watch
- The one thing that needs my attention today
Be direct. Prioritize by impact.
```

Claude or ChatGPT returns a brief covering yesterday, today, this week's pipeline, customer health, and the one thing that needs attention — generated from your data and formatted as a chat response. Refine the prompt to fit how your leadership team works the morning briefing.

### Make it yours

* Add `Focus on the team I lead — show me each rep's deals, not just mine` to scope the brief to a manager view.
* Add `Compare this week to last week — what's changed?` for trend awareness.
* Add `Draft the talking points for my pipeline review this morning` to chain prep with delivery.

### The Skill (Claude)

The `clearskies:daily-brief` skill in the Clearskies plugin for Claude runs the same workflow on demand: what closed, what's at risk, what's on the calendar, and the one thing that needs your attention today — all from your Context Graph.

#### Trigger phrases

* "Daily brief"
* "What's my morning briefing"
* "Show me yesterday and today"

#### Customize it for your team

* Match the brief sections to what your leadership team actually reviews
* Add metrics specific to your forecast (pipeline coverage, win rate, conversion)
* Tier briefs by role (CRO vs. manager vs. CSM lead)
