How it works

The Gong integration enables your agents to securely access your conversation intelligence data, including call transcripts, meeting recordings, and conversation analytics. This provides visibility into customer interactions and deal discussions. This connection feeds your Context Graph a real-time, unified view of conversation data from Gong, in addition to your teams’ other integrated data sources.

What you’ll need

  • Gong admin access

Setup steps (~5 minutes)

1. Open Context Graph in Clearskies

Log in to Clearskies and navigate to Context Graph from the main navigation.

2. Connect Gong

  1. Find Gong in the list of available integrations
  2. Click Connect
  3. You’ll be redirected to Gong to authenticate

3. Review Gong permissions

Review the permissions and click Authorize to grant Clearskies access to your conversation data

4. Verify Connection

After approval, return to the Context Graph page in Clearskies. Click Gong to confirm the option to import past calls is present.

5. Import Historical Calls

Post-connection calls will sync automatically. To import historical calls: Click Import in the Import Past Calls section. Depending on the size of the import, this could take a few hours. Revisit the page later to confirm the number of calls inported.

You’re all set
