Connect Microsoft 365 to give your agents communication history and meeting context that doesn’t live in your CRM or call recordings.

How it works

The Microsoft 365 connection syncs select user email and calendar data to your Customer Context Graph.

What you’ll need

Microsoft 365 admin access

Setup steps (~5 minutes)

1. Open Context Graph in Clearskies

Log in to Clearskies and navigate to Context Graph from the main navigation.

2. Start the Microsoft connection

Select Microsoft in the list of available data sources and click Connect.

3. Sign in with Microsoft

Select your Microsoft account in the pop up browser and authenticate with your Microsoft 365 admin account. Review and accept the requested permissions.

4. Verify connection

Return to the Clearskies Context Graph page and confirm Microsoft is shown as “Connected.

5. Provision users

Click Microsoft on the Context Graph page. Then choose which users’ email and calendar data syncs to your Context Graph by provisioning individual users.
  • Toggle the switch in the Provisioned column to sync that user’s email and calendar data. When toggled on, the user’s Role will update to Data member.
  • Note: Users who create Clearskies accounts will automatically be provisioned for email and calendar data sync to your Customer Context Graph. These individual’s Role will be displayed as Member on this page, unless deemed an Admin.

You’re all set

Provisioned users’ Microsoft email and calendar data is now part of your Customer Context Graph. Questions? We’re here to help at support@clearskies.cc
