How it works
Connecting Scratchpad syncs call recordings and transcripts into your Context Graph, providing visibility into customer conversations and deal discussions captured through Scratchpad. This connection feeds your Context Graph a real-time, unified view of conversation data from Scratchpad, in addition to your teams’ other integrated data sources.What you’ll need
- Scratchpad admin access
Setup steps (~2 minutes)
1. Open Context Graph in Clearskies
Log in to Clearskies and navigate to Context Graph from the main navigation.2. Connect Scratchpad
Find Scratchpad in the list of available integrations and Connect.3. Generate your Scratchpad token
Click Get my token from Scratchpad or use this link. This will open your Scratchpad workspace.4. Authorize in Clearskies
Return to Clearskies, paste your token into the Sync Token field, and click Connect.5. Import historical calls (optional)
Post-connection calls will sync automatically. To import historical calls into your Context Graph:- Navigate to Context Graph in the main menu on the app.clearskies.cc landing page.
- Select Scratchpad in the list of available integrations.
- Click Import in the Import Past Calls section. Depending on the size of the import, this could take a few hours. Revisit the page at a later time to confirm the number of calls imported.
