What is the Context Graph?

The Context Graph is a unified, real-time view of all your customer data. It connects information from your CRM, call recordings, emails, calendar events, and Slack conversations into a single, queryable graph that your agents can access. Instead of siloed data scattered across tools, you get a complete picture of every customer relationship.
