How it works

Connect Salesforce so your agents can access accounts, contacts, and opportunities alongside the rest of your customer data.

What you’ll need

  • Salesforce admin access

Setup steps (~5 minutes)

1. Sign in to Salesforce

Go to your Salesforce instance and sign in with your admin account.

2. Navigate to App Manager

Go to: Setup → Apps → App Manager

3. Connect Clearskies

Click Connect in the Clearskies app to begin the OAuth flow.

4. Authorize access

Review the permissions and click Allow to grant Clearskies access to your Salesforce data.

5. Verify connection

Back in Clearskies, go to Context Graph and select Salesforce. A Disconnect button in the upper right confirms the connection is active.

You’re all set

Your Salesforce data is now part of your Context Graph. Agents you build will have access to it automatically. Questions? Reach out at support@clearskies.cc
