Connect Fathom to sync call transcripts, meeting recordings, and conversation data into your Clearskies Context Graph.

How it works

The Fathom integration enables your agents to securely access your conversation intelligence data, including call transcripts, meeting recordings, and meeting summaries. This connection feeds your Context Graph a real-time, unified view of conversation data from Fathom, in addition to your teams’ other integrated data sources.

What you’ll need

  • Fathom admin access
  • A Fathom API key (generated in the steps below)

Setup steps (~5 minutes)

1. Navigate to Fathom Settings

Log in to Fathom in your web browser and navigate to Settings.

2. Generate a Fathom API key

Scroll down to API Access, click Add +Generate API key. Enter a name for the key (for example, Clearskies) and click Create API key. Copy the API key. Note: Fathom API keys are created at the user level. This means your key can only access meetings recorded by you, or those shared with your Team. Even as a Fathom admin, your API key does not provide access to other users’ unshared meetings.

3. Connect Fathom in Clearskies

Log in to Clearskies and navigate to Context Graph from the lefthand menu, then select Data SourcesFathom. Paste your Fathom API key into the field and click Connect.

4. Verify connection

After connecting, return to the Data Sources page in Clearskies. The Fathom tile should show as “Enabled”. Your team’s Fathom data will begin syncing automatically — depending on the volume of meetings, this may take some time to complete.

You’re all set

Your Fathom conversation data is now connected to your Context Graph. You can start building custom agents that leverage Fathom call transcripts and conversation insights alongside other integrated sources. Questions? We’re here to help at support@clearskies.cc
