How it works
Pylon is a B2B customer support platform (a Slack-native inbox). Connecting it brings your support tickets and their conversation threads into the Context Graph, resolved against the same people, accounts, and deals as your CRM, calls, email, and Slack. Once connected, Clearskies can:- Use support tickets and message threads as customer context — in pre-call briefs, Ask AI, and account-health signals
- Show what a customer has been asking support about, alongside the rest of their timeline
- Associate tickets with the right account and contacts automatically (matched by domain and email)
