How it works
Connecting Jira brings your issues, their status, and their comment threads into the Context Graph, resolved against the same people and accounts as the rest of your customer data. Once connected, Clearskies can:- Use Jira issues and comments as customer context — tying engineering and support work to the accounts it affects
- Show whether an issue a customer is waiting on is open, in progress, or resolved
- Associate issues with people and accounts by email (reporter, assignee, creator)
What you’ll need
- A Jira Cloud site, and an account with access to the projects you want in the Context Graph
- Your Jira site URL, the email for that account, and a Jira API token
